Mr. Olusemire said about three thousand bags of foreign rice concealed in both private and commercial vehicles were equally seized on transit by his men in Imo, Abia and Rivers States since March this year noting that the fight against importation of rice was being intensified.

The Comptroller also displayed over eight thousand cartons of imported vegetable oil loaded in six trucks, three hundred pieces of used tyres and one hundred and eighty two bales of used clothes.
