Cameroon today organized military honors for the four policemen killed by separatists in the English speaking southwestern town of Eyumojock. The UN says close to 2000 people have been killed in the war that has dragged into the third year. Many victims of the war came out to ask the government to negotiate a peaceful end to what they call a senseless war, but the government says it must crush the ‘terrorists’, according to the government spokesman, if they do not lay down their arms and surrender.
